C&P press sizes?

Just out of curiosity, how many different sizes were the C&P presses made in?

I know there’s the Pilot (what’s the chase size?), 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, and have heard of a 14x20…

One site that gave a summary of restoring a 12x18 that had some historical background as to where it had been used said the 12x18 was the third largest of the presses C&P made?

6.5x10 Pilot (Old and New)

7x11 Old Series
8x12 Old Series
10x15 Old Series
12x18 Old Series
14x20 Old Series
14.5x22 Old Series

8x12 New Series
10x15 New Series
12x18 New Series
14.5x22 New Series

Plus various Craftsman and Model N presses, but in the sizes listed above.
