We’re in Australia so can’t really help with American suppliers from down here but just in case you have overlooked it, that second link is selling veggie based ink not rubber as you require.

Until I retired I worked in Brisbane and I use to use van son on heidlerberg cylinder and platens also Dahlgren offset systems. It should be available from printing suppliy companies accrosS OZ
