Antique Brayers

A printer kindly gave me two antique brayers when I bought a poco press. The larger brayer has 2 rollers which are 11 1/2” long and the smaller brayer’s roller is 5 1/2” long. The handles are wrought iron but the rollers need to be replaced. Can I / should I have new rollers put on these brayers or just buy new ones? Also, do they have any value? Thanks.

The one with the long handle is a pretty standard proof press brayer. The other one may be a roller for squeegeeing photo prints down on a polished plate for making a glossy print. If the long-handled brayer roller fits well and rotates evenly, you certainly could have the rubber or composition replaced on it. If it is sloppy, you might be better getting a new one.
