If you want the oil to stay in the chain then have a go at locating a non throwing oil , chainsaw chain oil is a good example of it .
bearings can cope with it or try to locate E.P.150 the makers name escapes me for the moment .
Its Shell Omala EP.150 , its lead free and is used widely in its variant equivalents in print applications .
