Vandercook 4T and SP20 problem

We have a two Vandercook presses: 4T and SP20.
4T The electric system is not use. We use manual inking. The problem is that the cylinder that suppose to moved all the way to the other end of the bed do not move. We open very carefully to see any broken part but do not found anything broken. Can you help us?

The electric system is not use. We use manual inking. It is very difficult to remove the printed paper from the gripper after the cylinder move all the way of the bed. Any suggestion?

For the SP-20, sounds like the grippers aren’t opening properly. Are they lubricated? That would be a simple first suggestion. There’s also a trip at the end of the bed that opens the gripper. I have to find my manual and I can tell you more specifics on that. I’m sure someone else will chime in before me, though.

I discover the problem. The cylinder is broken. It is possible to buy a new one? In what company?
