Windmill is creeping when clutch is in, adjustment?

We have windmill with serial 175XXX. It works great, but when you let in the clutch to stop the press, it creeps around another 1/2 turn or so. You can’t stop it on a dime like the other presses.

Is there an adjustment on the clutch to make this stop?

It’s common to run some presswash or non-chlorinated brake parts cleaner into the brake cone to flush out oil and other contaminants that allow the brake to slip.
