Heidelberg Platen shear collar
One of my Heidelberg 10 x 15 Platen presses has gone out of parallel, could this be an indication that the shear collar is damaged? Any other suggestions?

Sounds like a collar issue.
If the press requires significantly more turns on the handle to get adequate impression, I’d change the collar for a known good one.
These are quite pricey new from Heidelberg sources. I think I have a couple of good used ones from a stripped out press. Let me know if any interest.
