Making Your Own DIY Photopolymer Plates—SVC Seattle

Ellie Mathews and Carl Youngmann from The North Press, Port Townsend, will be teaching an all-day class at the School for Visual Concepts in Seattle on Saturday, October 3.

Starting with a continuous-tone photograph of an object, they will step through approaches to reduce the image to digital line art, and then, to make an inkjet negative for a photopolymer plate to print it. A simple approach for two-color work will also be covered. Complete details at http://www.svcseattle.com/classes/make-your-own-photopolymer-plates/
