Nolan #2 Proofing Press

I have a #2 Nolan Proofing Press and one of the bearings underneath is too low (or too high depending how you are looking at it) to touch the bottom rail by about 1/16” in comparison to the other three which are touching fine. All the bearings are the same size and brand. Nothing looks like it is off or that it has been dropped at some point. It may not even be an issue but it just seems wrong and I can’t figure out what the problem is. If you have had experience with this problem or have any input please let me know before I go back out and stare blindly at it more.

Since no one has responded to you, I’ll tell you what I would suspect, and this is just conjecture on my part. Looking at pictures of Nolans on Google images, it looks like there are screwdriver slots on the ends of the bolts that hold the bearings. This may be because the bolts are on eccentrics (ie if you loosen the nuts and then turn the bolts with a screwdriver, the bearings will move up and down. If this is the case, it will be easy to solve your problem.
