I have three windmill, two have no problem. One the sucker bar seems to not be out of adjustment the first photo showed the sucker bar to high. The second photo showes the gripper bar and sucker bar in the perfect spot. How do I adjust the sucker bar to move down. Thanks

Usually it’s the gripper bar that has to be adjusted. I’m not aware of a vertical adjustment for the sucker bar.
Looking around I did find the vertical adjustment for the sucker bar
