Southworth perforator pins

Does anyone have –or knows a source– for Southworth perforator pins?

I gathered a little info from a Royal Pin catalog, which tells me they are AB type pins, but they don’t have/make this particular size…

The pins are .77” (25/32”) long
.42” (3/64”) diameter
and have a 1/16” head

I’m also wondering if I could use steel machine keys instead of the soft 12pt. blanks that are sitting in the machine to engage the pins? I don’t see a reason why not, as the type is hollow in places and the steel pins pierce through in some spots.

thanks in advance
Markus

Fritz at NA Graphics had a stock of perforating pins at one time. They may still be available.

thank you. I’ll check with them.
