Here’s another from craigslist—a Kelsey treadle press in Minnesota. Doesn’t give the chase size, but says it weighs 250#.

Connor — thanks so much for letting me know about this! I got this press — A Kelsey 7x11 Star.
Of course it needs new rollers, but that’s minor. I also got a pretty great cabinet of letters— at least 3 full sets of different sizes…

You were right! After seeing the press again and doing some research, it looks like it was built around 1890.
