It is resting on a wood platform with castors- easily moveable. Includes a second sharp blade. Blade is 27 inches long. Opening for paper is 23 inches. Heavy Duty.

Would prefer local pick up, but shipping possible if you arrange and pay for transport. Not sure how much it weighs but it is quite a heavy piece of equipment.
