Miehle No. 3 flatbed press
A 100-plus-year-old Miehle press was saved from the scrap pile, dismantled in 1975, and has been re-assembled at the Bruce House Museum in Waitsburg, Wash.
Does anyone know of any similar Miehle presses still in one piece anywhere in the United States?
99 percent of the press is back together but a few parts are lost and we need to find a similar press so the missing parts can be duplicated by our machinist.

I don’t know the model number of the press but the folks at Midwest Old Threshers in Mt Pleasant, Iowa have restored and occasionally operate a hand-fed Miehle cylinder newspaper press; it may be the same model.

Good news! Because of this post, we were able to find the parts at a print shop in Pittsburgh, PA!
Thank you, everyone!
