Can any letterset be used with an Adana?

Or does it have to be an Adana letterset?

The Adana should have been made and adjusted for .918 type height. This is the height of English and American types, and they should print fine with the Adana. You may have problems printing with European types, as many are Didot height which is greater than the .918 standard.

With very little adjusting, the Adana works perfectly well with the standard European type height as well, as many people have already explained on this forum. Adanas are extremely popular presses on the European Continent.
