Name of font/initial

I’m trying to find out what this font/initial is called, or even better, where I could find the whole alphabet of it.

Best of luck! I do not believe that this was ever cast as a foundry initial. Most likely from a set of engravings or cuts. Your best bet might be to look through the various Dover publications relating to alphabets and initials. This could also very likely be a one-and-only and not part of a complete alphabetical set. I have been collecting foundry catalogs for over 30 years, and this isn’t in any of them.
