Letterpress Workshop in Kingston (ON) November…looking for other participants

I have contacted Margaret Lock in Kingston about a letterpress workshop in November and I was wondering in anyone is interested in joining me. (She requires 3 participants). She could offer the workshop on any of the following dates: November 14-15, 21-22, 28-29

Details of the Workshop are as follows:
Two-day Workshop
Introduction to Typesetting and Letterpress Printing
taught by Margaret Lock, at 231 Johnson Street, Kingston.
Participants will learn basic typographic design concepts, and how to set lead type by hand and print on a Vandercook proof press. The workshop will cover setting type, letter-spacing capitals, distributing type, imposition, proofing, registration, and printing on handmade paper. As an exercise, participants will design and print a broadside up to 8 x 14 inches in size. Participants should bring an apron and a short, favourite piece of poetry or prose.
The cost for each participant is $185. The workshop hours are 9:30am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday.

I completed her workshop earlier this year. I certainly would recommend it to anyone with an interest.

Thanks equitas…I am looking forward to it!
FYI for anyone else out there, I just heard from Margaret that the workshop is now full for November. She may well run one in the new year if there is interest.

I’m definitely interested too. Too bad I’m a month late on this one.

If there’s a workshop in the new year I’m definitely interested.

I would be interested as well

I would also be extremely interested.
