We’ve seen “successful” kiss-cutting, in which one layer of the 220# duplex is cut through but not the other, to ease folding. However, this is a stock that simply doesn’t want to fold.

I recently made a custom box to go with a wedding invite and used 220 Lettra, I used .918 cutting rule and kiss cut it, scoring it won’t work.
