If the “gooseneck” is the support for the ink disc, you should be able to find someone in the Chicagoland area who can repair cast iron breaks. It can be welded or brazed. Ask at a machine shop who does repairs on broken cast iron.
a good welding shop can fix it. i’ve had cast iron and aluminum press parts repaired this way, no problems.
I’ve had some work done in Chicago on my press. I’m sure they can do it. I’ll send the name on Tuesday as I’m away for the weekend and cannot remember the name.
