I’m not familiar with this cutter, but it seems like you need more pressure on the stock before cutting.

if your blade is dull it will draw like you described, also some of these electric cutters don’t have enough pressure on the clamp to hold the paper tight enough.

Sharpen blade and cut smaller piles.

You must be cutting some pretty abrasive materials for a blade to fail in that short a time. Is it set properly to the cutting stick?
