Copper dies in Minneapolis/St. Paul area?
Hi all,
I don’t use PP plates or metal dies very often, but when I do, I like to keep it local. I notice there’s a listing for Advance Corporation in Cottage Grove in the yellow pages, but it looks like they only do magnesium dies.
Does anybody have a good source for copper dies in the twin cities?

St. Cloud Engraving makes copper. Their embossing counters leave much to be desired.
I’m sure this is counter to your hope to buy local, but I love the service from Owosso Graphics. If you’ve ever bought a die you probably already know about them. They’re in MI. I lived in Minneapolis and the printer I apprenticed with ordered from them. He’d been in MPLS since forever so I assume if there was a good local place he would have used them. In my two years there I never heard of a place - doesn’t mean there isn’t one. I hope you find something!
