I work for a commercial printer. We mark up the paper 50% on most small jobs. Larger runs over 20000, the amount will vary but I doubt you will have to worry about those quantities.

Typically short run is 50%. I used to total my costs for the job, as best I could figure them, then put 30% on the entire job. My previous employer marked all materials up 30% then added 30% to the entire job.
