Delivery + Feed boards for C&P 10x15

I’m in the process of restoring a Chandler and Price 10x15 new style, and I need to make new wooden delivery/feed boards. The press did not come with either, so I was hoping someone could provide some dimensions? Length, width, and height for both would be much appreciated! Thanks!

not quite sure what i have here.. i but… if you pay shipping you can have it…. i will send you pics tomorrow.

I have some that my father-in-law made for us (both the feed and the delivery boards, actually). They’ve never even been on a press (we ended up selling our C&P 10x15 after we moved).

If you’d like to buy ours, I’m happy to sell ‘em to someone who can use ‘em for cheap (and some shipping). Our 10x15 was a new style, too. Shoot me an email and we can discuss.

Thanks to the both of you!

I’m not really looking to buying though. We have a lot of extra lumber, so I’d rather just make them myself. If either of you do have dimensions of the boards, or could measure them, I’d love to have them!

Hi Mary:

Here are pics and dimensions of the boards that came with my 1905 C & P. I refinished them and also added the backstop myself, using red oak. (Be sure to leave enough room for fingers behind the backstop with the press fully open.)

Feed board: 15” wide, 11 7/8” deep, 3/4” high.
Delivery board: 20 3/4” wide, 11 7/8” deep, 3/4” high.
Backstop: 20 3/4” wide, 1 3/4” high off of delivery board.

Best of luck constructing your own!

Ahh! Thank you so much, Armchair Detective! Just what I needed! I’d imagine new style/old style board sizes aren’t much different in size, right? Beautiful press!
