Gold foil stripe paper for liners needed

I am having SO much trouble finding a gold foil striped paper that I can die cut to make envelope liners for a client. I’ve seen it all over the web…yet can’t find flat sheets of it. Are other letterpress printers foiling the paper themselves then cutting, or do you know of any sources for this paper somewhere? I’m thinking of resorting to a roll of wrapping paper because that’s all I can find! Thanks so much for your help in advance!
