Age of Challenge Paper Cutter

Recently acquired a Challenge 193HL paper cutter. The serial number is 20,xxx. (Don’t remember exact number and the cutter is still in storage, but it was between 20k and 21k.) Does anyone have a guess of approximate age?

I think Challenge has a manual collection on their website that will reveal the manufacture date of this machine.

Looks like probably 1977 or so.
