Challenge Advance 19” paper cutter for sale in Brooklyn NY. Iron guillotine cuts stacks of paper up to 19” wide by 19” long and 2.5” thick. The blade is sharp and comes with an additional blade (also sharp.) Used for many years in teaching studio and private bindery. Stand is missing one support which doesn’t effect the operation or precision of cuts in any manner. Properly greased and maintained.
