Press Motor Control

I am trying to find a controller for a motor that is on a Chandler and Price 8x12 new style. I have attached a photo of the controller. I have the press and motor but unfortunately the control was separated from the press before I got to it. If you have any information on this type of control or where I might find one I would surely appreciated it.
