Letterpress Restoration and Print Designer

Looking for someone who has an interest in working to help bring our letterpress ephemera and presses back to life. I recently acquired a print shop which has been in business since 1863 (otherwise it was going to shut its doors). Over the years the shop has evolved into a digital print shop. We still use some of the letterpress equipment, but plan to make it a more integral part of the business and preserve it for printing, teaching, public viewing, etc. We have many type cases, fonts, presses (C&P, Pearl, Heidelberg, several tabletops), and finishing machines that are in need of serious cleaning, organizing, refurbishing, etc. I envision this as an ongoing part time, or as-available position, but I am open to any ideas. We are also looking for a print designer to work in the shop. Must have experience in the Adobe suite, especially InDesign. Experience in a print shop is a welcome bonus, but we will train. We are a small (but mighty) shop and ideally all team members learn to print and finish the jobs in addition to design. Thank you.
