Free to a good home. I’d really like to see this go to someone who will use it, restore it, or otherwise appreciate it rather than scrap it. I just need the space!
This is a large, heavy, old cast-iron hot foil stamping press (~250lbs). It’s a beast and somewhat temperamental, but it’s in solid shape.

The heating element is old and there is currently no temperature controller. When I used it, I monitored the heat manually and unplugged the press when it became too hot. It works, but this is obviously not ideal. Recommend to replace/update the heating system and add a modern temperature controller.
Because of the size and weight, you’ll need to come prepared with appropriate help/equipment to move it. It can be partially disassembled to help. Located in Takoma Park, MD ground level garage.
