If your photos won’t upload, check the file name for unusual characters like ampersands (&), spaces or formats. Characters other than letters, numbers and hyphens can cause trouble with the system. Files over 1 meg may not upload.
Try uploading the images with a new file name or size. If this does not work, please send us a photo and the URL for a page where you are trying to attach the image.
