Craftsman Monarch??
I’m VERY new to letterpress printing … I’ve yet to find a press, but might have found a Craftsman Monarch. I have not looked at it yet, but I am hoping it’s in good shape! If so, what is the best way to go about finding a chase and rollers for it? I don’t seem to see this press very often in my searching. Any advice about this particular press would be appreciated!
The Craftsman is generally speaking a good sturdy press. The company is still in business, though no longer making these presses, and may possibly have chases for it. Rollers should be available from a number of sources in the BP Classified section.
